'Atom' teleserye reunites ex-lovers Aiko Melendez and Jomari Yllana

Ex-lovers Aiko Melendez and Jomari Yllana are reunited in 'Atom', an upcoming robot-serye on ABS-CBN.

As revealed on SNN last night, Aiko and Jomari will be playing (a role that they have already mastered) husband-and-wife and parents to child actor Bugoy Carino in the title role.

And since they're both single now, there's a possibility of rekindling their old romance.

On Twitter, Aiko is very much open to that.

"Sa mga nagtatanong if jom and I got back together? My ans is not yet:) we will be working together for the nxt 7mos:) when we did angelina the movie I was in a relationship then. Now lang kame magwowork na love story the theme and nagkataon now na we are both single:)

Jomari and I will probably take it from there and see where it will lead us...:) 7mos na almost everyday kame magkikita:) so I don't want to put an end to my statement coz you'll never really know kng me marekindle with us:)"

Veteran actor Robert Arivalo is also part of the robot-serye which will be directed by FM Reyes.

Young stars John Prats, Arron Villaflor and Devon Seron are also rumored as part of this robot-serye, but it's unconfirmed.

Expected airing of "Atom" will be this June on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida.
